Founded by Vaneni, Up to Something grew from a love of creating events and bringing people together. She enjoys turning an idea into an experience where people feel welcome, conversations flow and every detail has been considered.

Up to Something is an independent event agency based in Stockholm and Gothenburg. We work with corporate organisations, from startups to established businesses, as well as brands and embassies, offering everything from full event planning to practical support with a single part of your occasion.

Does it need to be a big event?
No. We can help with a small office workshop, a dinner reservation or an informal gathering, as well as larger celebrations and client events. The scope is shaped around the occasion.
Can you work alongside our own team?
Yes. We can take responsibility for selected tasks or provide extra coordination, with roles and responsibilities agreed at the start.
Where do you work?
Our home bases are Stockholm and Gothenburg. If your plans involve another location or a trip, tell us what you have in mind so we can discuss the arrangements.
How do budgets and fees work?
After an initial conversation, we prepare a proposal based on the support you need. We set out our planning fee, the supplier costs and what is included, so you can review the scope before committing.
